Engineering, Procurement and construction management division 

Our engineering team is comprised of experts who have worked together for several years, gaining hands-on experience by building, owning, and operating biogas plants across Europe and Africa. This close-knit group has accumulated deep technical and operational knowledge, ensuring that every project is handled with precision and expertise. 

As a engineer, you’ll be joining this experienced team, which means you’ll have access to an invaluable resource of mentorship and support. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects right from the start, allowing you to make a real difference while fast-tracking your professional growth. 

Your role and responsibilities


As a Graduate Engineer, you will contribute to the entire project lifecycle of biogas plants, from the initial planning stages to project handover. You’ll collaborate with senior engineers, external consultants, and suppliers, and gain firsthand experience working on projects that make a measurable impact. 

  • Project Planning & Inception: Assist in preparing project briefs, attending planning meetings and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Design & Development: Support in preparing detailed technical documentation and managing project design approvals.
  • Construction & Monitoring: Participate in site visits, track construction progress, and help resolve any technical challenges that arise during implementation.
  • Project Close-Out: Ensure smooth project handovers by reviewing technical documentation and providing ongoing post-handover support to the operations team.

What you bring

  • Education: A degree in Chemical/Process Engineering or a related field.
  • Passion for Sustainability: A strong interest in working on renewable energy projects and contributing to a sustainable future.
  • Collaborative & Communicative: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, enabling you to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Problem Solver: Creative thinker who thrives on solving complex engineering challenges.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus but not required.
  • Experience: Any experience in renewable energies or biogas is beneficial, but not required. We’re looking for someone ager to learn and grow.
